An Edison, New Jersey resident, Joseph "Joe" Sudnick serves as vice president of operations and COO at Fond du Lac Cold Storage, a third-party logistics company. In his role, Joseph Sudnick oversees all operations for the company that stores and delivers fine wines, cheeses, and chocolates in the New Jersey and New York areas.

 

In addition to overseeing the company, Joe. Sudnick is responsible for receiving, storing, and tracking products leaving the warehouse. He carefully monitors all the company invoices to safeguard against high pricing. While at Fond du Lac Cold Storage, he established a new inventory system to protect two million cases of wine and guarantee the safe delivery of this product. Since being hired, his new inventory model has culminated in product claims dropping by 75 percent.

 

Mr. Sudnick’s interests outside of work include membership in the Knights of Columbus and coaching youth sports, specifically girls’ basketball, youth soccer, and flag football teams. He also coaches the Metuchen Travel Baseball team. His hobbies are meteorology and forecasting, watching sports with his family, and collecting sports trading cards with his son.
